| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Harness straps on car seat pulled out from the brackets 3 times since receipt of the gift. notified company on 12/8/04. they determined that the incorrect straps had been put on the seat (5 panel instead of 8 panel). company is sending new straps, but they will not be here until monday. i know that other parents may not find out there is a problem until they have an accident and the straps pull loose. i did not find the correct model # in the other area- it is 22-625-glc, not the one i chose. *ak |
