Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The transmission is erratic shifting through second and third. it slips and hesitant when shifting up. when shifting down it is rough and inconsistent. this creates a in traffic safety situation. lexus of sarasota service manager, first complaint, reset the computer. on the second complaint, simply stated that lexus is fully aware of the problem. that they have had many complaints but since the transmission hasn't failed they will do nothing to correct the deficiency. this is totally unsatisfactory. *jb
