| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I took my 01' dodge durango to hartzheim dodge service center for my 90 thousand mile service, a couple days later the "chime" constantly goes off , i took it back to the service center 11/19/04 and found that the module "wore out" they recommended replacing ctm. i declined, i feel that it was their mistake and i shouldn't have to pay to replace ctm ($300) and the chime still keep sounding and no lights on dash. i'm concerned, my alarm and all electrical is constantly coming and going. need advise. *jb |
