| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The harness strap buckle -- the sliding plastic piece that should tighten the harness straps at the chest moves too easily on my evenflo titan carseat (the model with the padded shield, not the titan 5). on multiple occasions i have gone to remove my infant daughter from the seat, only to find that the plastic piece has slid so low as to allow her to easily fit through it if we were ever in an accident. there is no way to tighten the tension on the straps directly or fix them in place. i have given today's date below because the problem is on-going, not because of any particular incident. *ak |
