Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: For about the past year, the driver's electric window has been malfunctioning. when opening the window, there is not a problem, however, closing the window, it goes up very slowly and you have to tap on the button to get it to close completely.*ak i took the vehicle into service today and was informed that my vehicle did not meet the "service campaign" because the serial number of my vehicle was not in the range of the problem and because my vehicle has 73k miles and the service campaign was only to 60k miles. no correction action was taken because my vehicle's serial number was not in the service campaign range. i have to pay out of pocket if i want this repaired. |
