| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving on a rainy day, both headlight lens fell off. i went to the local dealer for a lens repair and the customer representatives said i had to purchase the entire light assembly. it cost me 550.00 for 1 hour of work and they did not even adjust the lights for night time driving. my lights point down when i am driving at night.what can be done to make this situation fair?*ak |
