Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 1)lost one speed on heater fan, than lost all speeds. obviously in this climate, the defroster is a very important accessory. had the heater resister replaced and got 4 speeds which was ok. it`s now 1 week later and it stopped working again. on a 2002 vehicle, this should not be happening. the warranty has run out because of mileage. *ak
