| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I went to turn on my headlights and the knob broke. i am unable to turn on my headlights without using a pair of plyers. i have been trying to find a replacement knob and one is not available without buying from ford the whole headlamp switch for 85.00. all i need is a 5.00 knob. i saw on your website that certain 2000 ford excursions with this same problem were recalled to fix this problem. ford is saying mine in not included in the recall. i don't understand that if this was a problem, how they can only recall certain ones. *nm |
