| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The consumer took the vehicle in to a mechanic to have the rack and pinion replaced. the dealer replaced the part. the consumer retrieved the vehicle, but it made a loud noise. the dealer called the consumer to state the recall part was defective and needed to be replaced again. please provide additional information. *jb |
