Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: There was serious premature wear on new tires. after repairs, the consumer experienced two flat tires and was unable to keep a proper inflation. *sc the consumer stated the goodyear tires wre made of a very low quality rubber that came apart when impacted by objects on the highway and can not be repaired. the consumer had a small puncture along the side of the tire from a #6 nail that protruded less than two inches. no air was lost but the tire could not be repaired. the consumer was informed that a new federal law will not let goodyear repair that kind of puncture. *tc
