| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Transmission malfunction, vehicle hard to shift. *bf the vehicle was in park when the consumer was exiting the vehicle. the vehicle began to roll forward suddenly knocking the consumer to the ground. the consumer was holding onto the inside door handle and was dragged on his stomach about 50 feet. the consumer dislocated his shoulder and separated muscle and tendon as well as nerves from the rotator cuff. the dragging also inflicted numerous cut on the consumers stomach and legs. *nm |
