Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: In january 2005, when my 2000 ford crown victoria had 41573 miles on it, the heater fan failed to blow warm air. a local service garage in gaithersburg, md tested the system and determined that the blower control module had malfunctioned. the module was replaced (part #xw1h-19e624-ab, made in brazil, $95.88), and labor to replace the module brought the total bill to $259.27. it should be noted that only 4000+ miles earlier the compressor and dryer had been replaced to provide cool air during the summer. *nm
