| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am a passenger safety technician and have had two instances in which clients have returned graco ultra cargo combination car seats to us in which the harness adjuster, located on the front of the seat, was defective and came apart, rendering the car seat unusable. this is a safety defect in that the parent is unable to reliably adjust the tightness of the harness. the car seats needed to be replaced. *nm |
