Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Body control module has failed--park circuit failing--causes windshield wipers not to function(description given today-jan. 19. on jan. 18, service dept could not locate problem. when at dealership to pick up vehicle, service dept stated vehicle had been repaired; no problem. before leaving premises, windshield wipers were not functioning. i had paid $509.65. which included the cost of the repair of the windshield wipers. it was reported that the problem was a multi-function switch which was supposed to have corrected the problem. now, i am being charged $385 for a body control module that must be ordered---more inconvenience for me as well as recharging me for a problem that was supposed to be corrected. *nm |
