Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While lowering driver's power window a snap occured and the window fell to the bottom. i contacted my local repair center. they informed me that it was a dealer only item. that the entire regulator assembly would have to be replaced. i spoke to the dealership and they informed me they had gone through hundreds! i veiwed the broken item and the steel cable seemed to be a design flaw, allowing water to settle at cable entrance. why replace the entire regulator $235.91?*ak
