| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: New cosco touriva (22-100-ttd 7/16/03) child safety seat straight from box would not lock the upright leg in place. it seems stripped. i called and spoke to dorel products on 2/3/2005 and they are going to send me destroying information and replace seat afterwards. this is the second or third seat from this batch of seat that have had this same problem. i thought you should be aware. i hope the other agencies sent in information to you as well. *jb |
