Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Erroneous "reminder" from toyota states they previously sent an "official safety recall notification" for "safety recall campaign ssc 40b" re "child protection lock system". we have received no previous notice of this alleged recall. i have already sent a separate inquiry and complaint to toyota motors, usa about this. we are concerned that we missed the first notice, and that toyota can't keep it straight who they notified and who they didn't notify. *jb
