| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: A few months after purchasing my 2004 grand prix the back passanger door started making a clicking sound when opened and closed. i took it to the dealership and was informed that there is a plastic piece on the hinge that was broken and needed to be replaced. it is now a year later and the same door is making the same clicking noise. i took it back to the dealer, who advised me that the hinges just needed cleaned (? never heard of that before). i've had the car back for a week and it's making the noise again. guess who's warranty just expired?*ak |
