| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought my 2002 chevy venture on 1/22/05. i realized about a week later that the passenger side power sliding door does not work when it is raining out. we can not operate it at all. we tried using the remote keyless entry, both of the interior buttons and pulling the handle on both the inside and outside of the door...none of these things work. as soon as the rain has gone and the van dries the door works fine. i have a call in to the dealership and they are acting like i may have to pay for this out of pocket, i don't think i should have to since this is a major malfunction and is also a safety risk for any of my passengers. |
