| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2000 chrysler concorde with a 2.7 engine that is sludged. i have changed my oil properly but do not have but 2 or 3 receipts. i have an extended warranty and that company has denied the claim. i am a realtor and must have a car, this has been a great hardship and when the engine started to go i was on the expressway. the warranty company nor chrysler is standing behind the product. i have basically been called a liar by the dealership and the warranty company because we don't have receipts. the car is just sitting because i cannot afford a new engine. i have done research and there are a lot of the 2.7 engines that have gone out like mine. something needs to be done, other companies stand behind their auto products but chrysler is not. i still owe on the car and have to pay the payment and insurance. chrysler consumers need help please.*ak |
