| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The cruise control on my 2001 chrysler town and country doesn't turn on when the switch is activated. i had the same problem with my 1997 plymouth grand voyager. the problem in the voyager was taken care of when the dealer replaced the clock spring (safety recall) in the steering column. if a defective clock spring forced a safety recall in my 1997 grand voyager, why is it acceptable for me to drive my 2001 town and country with the same defective clock spring? *jb |
