| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: There has been an ongoing (since dec. 2003) problem of a "thudding" noise from the front suspension. the dealer has acknowledged the noise repeatedly. the service rep states that kia motors is aware of the noise but does not have a solution. he also said that the dealership gets new '05 sedonas off the delivery trucks with the same problem! no solution has been offered other than "well, it's not going to hurt anything or break down and leave you stranded." but come on, a bumping, thudding noise from a vehichle with 20k miles.....or a brand new vehichle?!? something has got to be done to fix this .*ak |
