| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2003 chyrsler that has been brought in two times to address a problem with the car not driving smoothly. it begun by acting as though it was stalling only in reverse. it then became even when moving forward at low speeds to now when on the freeway at 60mph it does this. i have taken it in to the dealership who first time told me they could not pinpoint the problem to keep driving it till it got worse. well, it did. i took it back again and this time they told me that it just needed a tune-up and a fuel injection cleaner but couldn't be certain whether or not that would fix my true problem. so why am i going to pay for something that could correct my problem. i was told that i had two problems and that i needed this tuneup.when i inquired what my second problem was he stated he didn't know, but i had one. well, i had previously already had a tune up so i knew that was not the resolution. i had another mechanic look at it and he couldn't pinpoint my problem either. so here i am driving around in a car that may or may not break down and have 3 kids. this is a great situation for someone.*ak |
