| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own an eddie bauer edgewood lightweight travel system. the straps on the car seat will not stay connected to the car seat. everytime i put my daughter in her seat i have to reconnect the straps. if i were to be in a wreck at the wrong time, the straps could come loose and throw her out of the seat. i have contacted eddie bauer and cosco and have not gotten a response.*ak |
