| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving my 2000 3/4 ton chevrolet at a job site . i lost power steering ang power brakes. called chevrolet dealer ( vetter chevy in three rivers mi. ] they told their was no recall for this defect. i had it towed to dealer and they replaced the defective power steering pump i had on warning from dash lts and almost ran over a worker working at the job site i checked your site and fount your action # ped4004 i paid core charge on old pump call if you want it shipped to you i think shaft is broken but did want to inspect it in case you want it shipped to you the dealer told me they have replaced pumps in the past.*ak |
