| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Turning the wheel, particularly, the driver's side, results in a squealing noise. the dealer said it was the left rack and pinion and that it is not a safety issue. he also stated that "it may work itself out" or you can have it repaired for $810. several days later i receive this "special service reminder" requring my immediate attention and saying that the "following repair and/or service needs to be performed on your vehicle." a couple of weeks prior to the incident, the dealer had performed a recall to replace the cruise cable.*ak |
