| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Due to a flat tire, i had to pull my navigator over, off of a major highway. when i tried to get my son out of the back right seat, the door would not open due to the child safety lock, locking by itself. i always have to take the lock off manually. i got really scared however, because we could have been plowed into by a big tractor trailer coming up. my son had to jump into the front seat to exit the front. when i told my husband, he said his ford, expedition which is a 1999 model has the same problem. this could have been a serious accident.*ak |
