Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dealer had fixed recall c45 - floor shifter ignition/park interlock on 93 chrysler concorde. picked up car from dealer and returning home at 40 mph (rt 124 md) when suddenly the engine hood pops open and slams against the front wind shield with a loud bang. windshield not damaged. somehow managed to pull the hood away from the windshield to be able to drive home. hood distorted and crumpled. hood shocks and hinges ripped. hood suddenly opening was probably caused by defective hood lock. *ak
