Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1) normal use 2) the failure was in both the driver and passenger windows, and it has made dangerous driving conditions. the windows roll down fine, but wont roll back up. it is very frustrating when i am going 60 mph on the highway, and i can't get my windows up, especially when its raining here in the seattle area. there has not been an accident caused by this failure yet, but it is an a problem that needs to be fixed. i have talked with other owners of my vehicle, and they also have the same problem with the windows. the isuzu company has denied any problems with there windows, but is evident there is one. 3) i was told by an isuzu dealership in tacoma, wa to spray silicone in the tracks of the windows. it did help for about 3 hours, then the problem got even worse. it seems that isuzu is turning its back on its customers. *jb |
