Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The battery went dead. consumer had to jump the vehicle. the cables got crossed, causing a short which led to a fire. the ecm chip burned completely. took vehicle to a mechanic, and was told the ecm chip should have never burned. it should have been a protective cover. contacted chrysler, who will do nothing assist the consumer. *ak
