| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Factory ordered and purchased on 8/23/02. 11/28/02 - vehicle dead in driveway/no electricity at all. dealer charged battery. 2/03/03 - vehicle died while driving/no electricity at all. dealer ran diagnostics tests all passed, installed electrical patch to system. 12/3/03 - vehicle dead in driveway/no electricity at all. dealer replaced battery, said old one had one bad cell. 3/28/03 - vehicle dead in driveway/no electricity al all. currently at dealership. vehicle's manufacturer warranty will end in 3 months. i can not ethically sell this vehicle to someone knowing of its electrical problem which can cause a deadly accident. i'm totally screwed with no way to be made right - nc lemon law no longer applies. *jb |
