| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I just purchased the bike from a used bike dealer in georgia and once i got the bike back to north carolina i put about 200 miles on the bike so far and the transmission has given me a false neutral between 2 and 3rd gear about 10-15 times. this can be very dangerous when turning and accelerating on a road with heavy traffic. i contacted the nearest victory dealer and they informed me that since the bike was out of warranty the parts of $2100 plus labor of 14hours would have to be paid by me. i have not done anything to correct this problem since i dont have the money to do so right now. *ak |
