Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I just purchased a 2005 chevrolet trailblazer in january of this year. the problem is that the driver's side visor has an uncovered mirror on it. when i pull the visor down to block the sun, the mirror reflects my hands and lap which is a distraction while driving. i called the customer service person at general motors (joohee kim). she said that there is nothing that could be done about replacing the visor with one with no mirror or one with a covered mirror. i looked at several other suv's and trucks at my dealership and the trailblazer is the only one with an uncovered mirror. i have never owned or seen an automobile with an uncovered mirror on the driver's side. i am very concerend about this problem and believe that it has the potential of being a big safety hazard.*ak
