Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Mar 2004 i purchased a 2004 nissan titan. at 7000 miles i began having violent vibrations with braking. i retirned to the dealership and they replaced them and stated the calipers needed reinforncing with a special kit. two months later, i experienced the same problem and the dealership did another front brake replacement. every three months i have had the brakes replaced, and last month they replaced the rotors and the brakes. i am concerned that in the past 14 months i have replaced my brakes 4 times. this is quite extreme. the point of my complaint is to not have to complain after someone in my family dies. i love the truck, but i am worried the truck is unsafe and i have asked my family not to ride in it until this matter can be resolved in some way other than simply replacing the front pads.*ak |
