Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have had many things go wrong with my chrysler t& c minivan since i purchased it new in 2002. the latest problem is the clockspring which has been a problem in older models. in fact a recall was issued on 1996-200 yr models. i believe the part is still defective and should be covered by chrysler. they insist on charching me for the repair, $172.00. it is a safety issue and should be covered. please advise.
