| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Today, 13 apr 05, while driving my wife's car to and from work, her 2000 alero shut down at high speeds 65 to 70 mph. i was able to pull it off the side of the road each time, but power steering and brakes were hard to use. one of these times almost caused an accident. after pulling to the side of the road, i was able to turn off the ignition and restart the vehicle. there seems to be a major electrical problem. i have taken the vehicle in for the intermittent signals about 3 months ago and these are not working now either, i will be taking the vehicle back in to fix.*ak |
