Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Took vehicle to garage twice for noises in from end. mechanic found rusting at front drivers strut tower and cracked metal from at least one of the bolts to the center of the tower. mechanic said he had seen this before. also said he has had a number of caravans with noisy front ends that he has not found the cause of noise, and has had chrysler dealer ask him if he found a solution to the noise front end problem. found others on the web with same problem. canada has some sort of agreement with daimeler to inspect. seems to me this is a potential safety issue that is hidden to most owners. *ak |
