| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Due to two previous services for nhtsa recall 00v044000 concerning seat belts dealer will not service a third time. *ak right rear seat belt will not pull out. consumer have been driving gm vehicles for 35 years and have never experienced a seat belt failure unrelated to excess wear. this vehicle has had 2 replacement indicates a design flaw or manufacturing problem. consumer feels this a safety item , should be replaced free of charge with a belt that does not incorporate the flaws that seem to accompany the original design. *bf |
