| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I parked my 1999 eddie bauer expedition on the street 2 blocks from my home at about 6:40pm the night of april 17, 2005. at 11:16pm the police rang my bell to inform me that my vehicle had been involved in a fire. the front of the vehicle was completely burned and destroyed. the greatest amount of damage was on the passenger side. there was only liability insurance on this vehicle so it is considered a total loss. while there is a class action suit for 2000 ford vehicles, there is none for 1999. there should be!*ak |
