| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Passenger power sliding door was stuck in the open position. pressed the power button and the door closed 30% and jammed. i checked for any blockages and did not see any. i pushed the power button again and the motor sounded abnormal. i removed the key from the ignition took the door handle and tried to manually close the door. at that point the bracket ,bearings and cable came off with the back of the door. the back of the van is now damaged along the bracket.*ak |
