| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The spare tire on my 2000 mpv broke and left the tire dangling under the van. there is only 40,000 miles on the vehicle. the design is very poor. it is unsafe if the spare tire is not secure under the vehicle. it is unsafe to be unable to quickly access the spare on the roadside. this part should be more reliable. i am most angry at mazda. the cost is $500 to repair. it only carries the spare tire. i am aware that this is a common problem. surely and more safe and reliable design is possible. thank you for your attention to my concern. *ak |
