| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I received a recall letter dated 04/04/05 stating that the throttle may freeze in my 2003 kia sedona. i immediately called my dealer and was told that the dealership was short handed and someone would get back to me. i also called the kia consumer assistance center and left a message on 04/26/05 and still no response. our kia sedona account is under my husbands name, donald a dudley. he is an over the road truck driver and is away from home alot. my complaint is that no one seems to be listening to me or wanting to answer my questions. i am getting a major brush off from the dealership i purchased the van from and from their consumer assistance center. *ak |
