| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer wishes to speak to someone regarding the evenflo oshkosh, model # 5891416an1, dom 02-february-2004. consumer called evenflo, and they told her there was no recall, and they would look into the problem. . it has been several weeks, and there was no further contact with evenflo. once the consumer tried to lower the arm the child will get his arm pinched at the locking mechanism. she has to inform those that may keep the child to make sure his arms were inside the seat. but even though they tried to secure the arms there was still enough room for the consumer to put her pinky finger in the arm/locking mechanism. *ak |
