| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer experiencing problems getting recalled tailgate repairs completed on 2003 chevrolet ld 1500.*mr in gm's computer the tailgate recall appeard to have already been done. the consumer believes that a mixup occured since he also owns a 2002 pickup. the tailgate was replaced on the 2002 truck but the consumer believes they marked that the tailgate on the 2003 truck was replaced instead. the steering shaft was also replaced. *nm |
