| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Side airbag light would come on and off with passenger in car, taken to dealer by original owner, no resolution due to inability to duplicate problem. paperwork regarding service inquiry given to me, i am the second owner. problem appeared again,srs light also came on.. took vehicle to dealer and now that it is out of warranty they diagnosed the problem as faulty occupant positioning sensor and not covered....the date entered as incident is not the initial date of complaint, it is the second dealer visit. this is as important in my eyes as seatbelts are. |
