Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer's complaint is in reference to a recall that was supposed to have been performed in 2000. the consumer is the second owner of the vehicle. the recall was in reference tot eh front lower ball joint fracture. the consumer has been hearing front end noise. she was told by the dealer that if she bought new tires the noise would go away but the noise is still there. ford is not willing to do anything and they state the recall was performed. ( ford has told her she needs to have the ball joints and the steering knuckle on the front end replaced). *nm |
