| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Steering wheel locked identical to chevrolet recall campaign 04006. when to have it fixed and they forced me to pay $200 to replace lock actuator because that part was not listed on recall. the lock plate was covered. it is obvious that the lock actuator got damaged as a result of inability to un-lock the steering wheel as a result of the recall issue. also chevrolet said they had to replace the part because i had a manual transmission, if it was an automatic all of the parts would be removed and discarded. therefore i should not of had to pay $200. chevrolet case #1-325567474. |
