| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My husband was recently involved in an accient in his 2000 chevrolet monte carlo due to steering problems. this resulted in a roll-over x2 and total loss. i have contacted gm to discuss the problem and they insist that it should be handled by our insurance carrier. since the accident, i have found that gm issued a recall (03062) for power steering problems. i have done further research and found that this is not a one time incident, others have complained of very similiar problems with the same vehicle. |
