| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought a 2005 ford escape on january 22, 2005. i drove it home and noticed that it had a vibration (very noticable) and it had a noise in the rear end. called the dealer and they said it must be the new tires and after a few miles it would go away. it did not go away. called again and they said bring it in a we will balance the tires. so i did and it still had the vibration and noise. called again and they said it must be the differential. brought it back and the vibration and noise are still there. called again and they sid it must be a dampier problem. brought it back and it still is doing the same thing. it is now almost four months later and it still has the vibration and roar in the rear and i am concerned that this vibration is causing damage to the car and i will have worse problems. |
