Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Abs computer failured during hard braking. after searching car sites, it appears that the vw/audi abs units regularly fail rendering the abs inopperable. although the regular braking characteristics of the car are maintained, the abs no longer functions. having this fail during a panic stop could have caused a bad accident. thankfully i was able to figure out that the abs unit failed (due to the beeping) and correct accordingly. |
